The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential counseling service provided by the District for use by all employees (full and part-time) and members of their households. The EAP to is designed to support you as you navigate life’s challenges. Their licensed mental health professionals can help with a wide range of concerns including: relationships, grief, family issues, teenage struggles, financial challenges, etc. Magellan Healthcare is our Employee Assistance Program Administrator.
Magellan Health - Coverage Begins January 1, 2026
Following an extensive selection process, Magellan Healthcare was selected to be the District’s new EAP Provider. Magellan Health has over 50 years of experience administering Employee Assistance Plans. They have a large network of providers, and variety of ways to access providers. They not only have the standard counseling services we are accustomed to, they also provide additional services and cutting edge technology previously unavailable.
