Medical coverage changes are effective the day following the event date. Dental and Vision coverage changes are effective the first day of the month following the event date.

Guide, and instructions for how to go to the website and elect your benefits. Social Security numbers are required for your dependents and beneficiaries.

Note: If you are currently enrolled in Medical, Dental, and/or Vision coverage, a Qualifying Event ONLY allows you to make changes within your current plan.  You may NOT change plans (with the exception of a FTE Status Change).
