The Superintendent and District Administration recognize it is in the best interest of students to have employees on the job each contract day and establishes an Attendance Incentive Program for qualifying employees. The Attendance Incentive, also called the Absence Incentive, is calculated based on the number of “No Pay Days” taken during a school year. Because of this, it cannot be calculated until after June 30. After the calculation is complete near the end of July, an email will be sent to all employees indicating how much will be paid on July 31.
