Help Desk Call Center
The Canyons School District’s help desk is standing by to answer your technology questions or find the right person who can. Help desk technicians are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Help Desk Tickets
If you need on location support and/or would prefer to enter a Help Desk Ticket, send an email from your Canyons District email account to: help@canyonsdistrict.org. In the email be sure to include the following:
- Your location (school, department)
- as much detail as possible about the issue you’re having
- the best way to reach you
Employee Service Portal (TDX)
The CSD Employee Service Portal, powered by TeamDynamix, is where district employees can access IT support and services. Employees gain access to the portal by logging in with their CSD username and password, just as they do for other district systems. Through the portal employees can:
- Search a service catalog and knowledge-base for self-help articles and guides
- Submit help-desk tickets for IT issues or request
- Track the status of a help desk ticket
