Pension and Retirement Accounts
All full-time employees are eligible for District-subsidized retirement benefits. In addition, the District makes available defined contribution plans—401K, 403B and 457 accounts—to employees, including part-time staff. Employees are encouraged to make regular contributions to such accounts—even small amounts help.
