Top Finish: A Whopping 35 CSD Student-Athletes Earn Academic-All State Awards for Fall Sports

Thirty-five student-athletes from Canyons District schools are training smart. Not only have they excelled in their respective athletic contests, but they have proven enough educational mettle to be named to the list of Academic All-State Award winners for 2021 fall sports.

The Utah High School Activities Association has presented the awards for more than 25 years to students who earn at least a 4.0 grade-point average, score among the top in the nation on college-entrance exams, or have a combination of stellar grades and standardized test scores.

The award is among the most prestigious honors presented to high school seniors by the UHSAA, which is the umbrella organization for sanctioned prep sports in Utah.
