The week of March 7th-11th is National School Breakfast Week. It is celebrated to make students and parents aware of the correlation and importance of breakfast and performance in the classroom. We currently have 14 elementary schools that serve breakfast and 11 of our secondary schools. The school breakfast program, is a great program to ensure your students are getting a nutritious meal before school so they can learn throughout the day. If your school doesn't serve breakfast before school, contact yoru principal to find out if that is a possibility. We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why stress in the morning, let your students have school breakfast and you won't have to worry. Check out the National School Breakfast website for more fun interactive ideas and games for the students.
